Shavano Park's 2025 Winter Holiday Event

The weather was absolutely ideal for Shavano Park's Holiday Festival. SPW helped with the cookie drop-off for the much-loved cookie contest. After the winners were chosen, Shavano Park Women handed out the contest cookies to the record-breaking crowd.

In a heartwarming tradition, Santa once again made a special appearance, bringing joy to children and families alike. The line of eager little ones waiting to meet Santa was filled with laughter and anticipation as families captured precious moments with photographs, creating lasting memories of this magical day.

This outstanding event for families featured a numerous activities designed to engage and entertain attendees of all ages. Both children and adults enjoyed playing in the snow, which was brought in to create a winter wonderland atmosphere. Kittens and puppies were available for adoption at the adopt-a-pet area, offering festival-goers the chance to find a new furry friend. There was also a holiday market where vendors sold festive goods. Additionally, there were performances by the Blattman cheerleaders and choir. The event concluded with the lighting of the city's Christmas tree.

Shavano Park truly knows how to throw a memorable party! A heartfelt thank you goes out to our members who dedicated their time and effort to make this day special for all who attended.
