Hosted by the Shavano Park Police Department in partnership with SPW. This course is designed to teach the average woman how to reduce risks when confronted with a vulnerable situation. Register early. Class size will be limited to 20 to allow adequate one-on-one training time.

This course is open to all female residents of Shavano Park. Ladies, empower yourselves and your daughters by attending this class where together you will learn:
- to recognize dangerous situations
- identify weapons you may have
- deadly force situations
- how to respond physically
- assertiveness training
- abduction escape techniques
- scenario training
